Your Bhutan journey begins with a scenic landing at Paro International Airport, surrounded by dramatic Himalayan peaks. After completing visa formalities, your guide will warmly welcome you and accompany you on a beautiful one-hour drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s modern yet serene capital. Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxed walk around Clock Tower Square and Norzin Lam, known for its cafés, craft shops, and gentle city vibe. Later, visit the Memorial Chorten, a revered stupa built in honor of the Third King. As evening approaches, explore the impressive Tashichho Dzong, Bhutan’s administrative and monastic center, beautifully illuminated after sunset.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive over the stunning Dochula Pass at 3,100m. The pass is lined with 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens and offers panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayan range on a clear day. Descending from the mountains, you enter the lush and warm Punakha Valley, known for its fertile landscapes. Visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most beautiful fortresses, located at the confluence of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers.
